Who builds a new house in the middle of a pandemic? Jeff Rea does! We broke ground in May of 2020 and moved in by October, as planned, despite a few supply chain problems. We had never built a house before. Jeff was great to work with. He patiently answered our questions. He helped us to realize some of our dreams, like the stone arch on the front porch. He explained why some of our ideas were not realistic. Melanie was wonderful in helping me to coordinate selections on countertop, flooring, paint colors and so much more. We believe communication is key to a successful project. We are more hi-touch than hi-tech. You’ll work directly with Jeff and Melanie to keep you informed every step of the way.

We utilize software from DIGS to keep you well informed, organized and guide you each and every step of the way. From selections, throughout construction and during the warranty period. Once you start working with us you’ll receive a copy of our meetings schedule that outlines the 13 meetings you’ll have with us during the course of construction.

Every two weeks, Jeff will provide you with project schedule updates and what’s next.
