Skip and Glenna bought their first home on a land contract from Mr. Miracle, an experienced builder. To help pay down the contract, Skip began working for Mr. Miracle on evenings and weekends, discovering a passion for home building and customer interaction.
With a newfound passion for the craft, Skip established his own home building company, marking the beginning of a legacy.
Glenna became a full-time partner, bringing organization and attention to detail. Together, Skip and Glenna created a dynamic team, with Skip focusing on sales, development, and construction, while Glenna provided personalized customer support.
After earning his business administration degree, Jeff began working in the company. Starting with service work and job site management, he gained experience across various roles over the years.
Skip and Glenna received the Inaugural Pacesetter Award for Customer Satisfaction from Custom Home magazine, presented at the NAHB convention in Houston, Texas.
With 28 years of experience, Jeff became the leader of the company, carrying forward the family’s tradition of excellence. As a hands-on builder, Jeff maintains personal involvement in site selection, plan customization, and construction oversight.
