Who builds a new house in the middle of a pandemic? Jeff Rea does! We broke ground in May of 2020 and moved in by October, as planned, despite a few supply chain problems. We had never built a house before. Jeff was great to work with. He patiently answered our questions. He helped us to realize some of our dreams, like the stone arch on the front porch. He explained why some of our ideas were not realistic. Melanie was wonderful in helping me to coordinate selections on countertop, flooring, paint colors and so much more.
